Valex products are legally protected against any non-conformity with the declared characteristics, provided they have been used exclusively according to the manufacturer's instructions, have not been tampered with in any way, have not been repaired by unauthorized personnel, and, where applicable, only original spare parts have been used. Consumables and/or components subject to particular wear such as batteries, bulbs, cutting and finishing elements, etc., are excluded.

IN CASE OF PRODUCT NON-CONFORMITY

To benefit from it, it is necessary to first identify which type of warranty the owned product refers to.

The possible warranties are:

  • G: assistance for products marked with this symbol is provided by one of the Authorized Service Centers present throughout Italy or contact us.
  • FS: for assistance, contact the point of sale where the purchase was made.

 

We remind you that, to exercise the right to warranty assistance, it will be necessary to present the product along with a physically valid proof of purchase.
