Valex does not sell directly to final users. To check suggested prices, please consult the seasonal flyer (suggested retail prices for the Italian territory only).

Please consult the 'Warranty and Repair' area of the site for guidance on the procedure to follow depending on the type of product in your possession.

The product can be repaired at the retailer or service centre*, depending on the type of item in its possession.

  • If the product is classified in the 'FS' category, it should be taken to the dealer

  • If it belongs to the 'G' category, it should be taken to a service centre*.

    The product category can be found in the 'Warranty and Repair' area of the site.

*Service Centers are available only in the Italian territory. 

Repairs are carried out exclusively by authorised service centres throughout Italy. If you are abroad, contact us.

 

Valex does not sell directly to private individuals. To find the dealer in your area, please contact us.

Spare parts can be purchased from authorised service centres in Italy. If you are abroad, please contact us.

Valex does not ship spare parts.

Manuals can be found in a dedicated section in the service area (Services/Manuals). To download the instruction manual, you will be asked to enter the 7-digit numerical code found on the technical data label.
